The haven church
The Haven Church of Portland meets on Sunday mornings at 11 AM for a time of worship, prayer and learning from God's Word with Pastor Mathew Blankenship. Services were previously held at the Cup of Joy Coffee Shop and Café but are now being held at 2500 Portland Avenue in Louisville in the church building formerly occupied by the congregation of the Portland Avenue Church of Christ. Our first service was held in the newly acquired church on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
We welcome those from all walks of life to The Haven Church. It is a place for those longing to find life and spiritual growth in Christ Jesus. God meets with us as we exalt Him through music, prayer, preaching and the fellowship of believers. The Haven Church is a place for the broken, the weary, and the sinner to find hope and redemption in Christ. Those who attend find that they are loved and welcomed!
